Surface finishing

Surface finishing is the heart of our work. We patina and bronze copper, brass, and stainless steel, giving the metal a natural, authentic effect. Through targeted chemical processes, we allow surfaces to age, deepen structures, and create tones that carry depth and character.

Additionally, we seal each surface upon request with a durable weather protection. This way, aesthetics and haptics are preserved even under demanding conditions.

Our processing does not follow a standard, but rather the material itself, so that metal becomes a vibrant and durable surface.

Metalworking

ZinCuTec combines craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology. In our manufactory, we carefully and expertly shape metal into durable components and surfaces. We laser edges, weld connections, grind structures, and refine every detail to ensure that function and aesthetics come together.

Each workpiece is processed with regard to material, shape, and durability. Brass, copper, stainless steel, and other metals are given clear geometries, clean transitions, and a surface that has character.

ZinCuTec Studios stands for the expansion of furniture at the highest design level. We develop and manufacture high-end design furniture, characterized by clear shapes, precise craftsmanship, and distinctive metal surfaces.

In addition to our own collections, we also create custom-made furniture and individual designs. Together with architects and clients, we develop objects that seamlessly connect space, material, and function.

Each piece is crafted in our workshop with artisanal care, transforming an idea into a lasting and personal piece of furniture.
